What to Expect when you Engage MadHouse Studios

(Sorry in advance for all the underwear references)

We understand that hiring a photographer can be a little daunting. So, here we lay it all out so you can decide if we're the right photographer's for you. This process is scalable, depending on the size of your job but the basic principles are always applied. 

Taking Briefs (ideas, not your underwear)

First we get to know what makes your business tick.  To do that we ask questions about your business and who your clients are.  We then chat about the images you want - your goals, rough ideas, what you'd like to use the images for, budgets and any time frames.

The Reverse Brief (Like Superman, who wears his on the outside)

We present our ideas for your shoot and reality check everything we've heard to make sure we're on track.  This gives you the chance to see if we've understood what you're after and make changes before the shooting begins.

The Formal Bits

If our understanding of the job is spot on we'll prepare a contract that includes a detailed quote to make sure everyone is aware of exactly what will happen and when.

The Shoot

This is where we unleash all our ninja photography skills of creativity, ingenuity, insight, confidence, and technical capability to turn your dreams into reality. Things don't always go to plan so we're flexible, but always have the master plan in mind to ensure the job gets done.

Post Production

You wouldn't leave the house without clothes on (would you? You WOULD?). Likewise no image leaves our Studio without first receiving all star treatment to help your images shine.

Delivery

We deliver the images on time. End of story.

Feedback

We can't continue to grow and improve our service without your feedback. So we'll check in at all stages of the job to make sure everyone are happy little campers. If there are unhappy campers we'll find out who put the snake in your tent and beat them.
